Risk details

Risk Assessment Details

View individual risk details on one page so you can easily see the status of the risk assessment. Risk assessments are assigned an overall rating automatically so you can prioritise your actions accordingly.

You can attach files so people can see relevant documents when they are reviewing risks.

Admin users can also view the audit trial for the risk by clicking the "View Audit Info" button in the sidebar.

Multiple hazards per risk

Multiple Hazards

You can add as many hazards to a risk assessment as you need so you don't need to create multiple risk assessments covering the same subject. Hazards are assigned a rating of Low, Moderate, High and Extreme automatically.

You can edit the risk matrix to suit your organisation.

Further Actions have "Action By" dates so you can easily keep track of everything.

Add incidents and near misses and track them through to line manager action.

Add tasks for yourself or other users to action with email reminders.

Easily export your incidents in MS Word, PDF, CSV and printer friendly formats at the click of a button.

Multiple Users

Add as many users as you need to help you manage your risk register and incidents. You can assign users to specific departments so they can only add/edit risks/incidents within their own department.

Set specific users as "Admin Users" so that they can create hazard categories, delete risks and add users etc.
