Incident reporting

We're pleased to announce a brand new section to bRisk; Incident Reporting.

Now you can log all of your incidents/accidents alongside your risk assessments. There is the same audit feature as on the risk assessments so you can see the history when someone edits a specific incident.

You can also export them to MS Word format for saving elsewhere or print them directly via the incident page or the reports page.

You can also export multiple incidents in CSV format via the export page.
