General settings and risk matrix update

You can now switch on and off sections of brisk. Go to Settings > Business Details and you will see a new section "General Settings".

We're also pleased to announce that you can now edit the Risk Matrix yourselves. Simply go to Settings > Risk Matrix and edit the table.
